Campers must be in rising 1st – 9th grade. Overnight Camps are for rising 5th – 9th grade and Rookie Camp for rising 4th – 5th grade

How are camper groups determined?

No, snacks and meals are part of the camp fee. We accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten free or vegetarian diet.

Do you offer financial assistance?

We encourage you to seek other options to assist in the cost of camp such as your Church or other family members. If this is not possible please complete the scholarship form which can be found online and submit with your registration form. CLICK HERE

My child is not vaccinated can they attend camp?

The camp policy is that all campers must be up to date in ALL vaccinations. An up to date form must be upload to the registration form, or scanned and emailed to info@newhopeccc.org, or brought on 1st day of camp.

Campers are expected to have their own health insurance coverage. Secondary accident insurance is  provided by NHCCC.

If my child is injured or ill, how will I be notified?

The Camp Director or another member of camp staff will contact you by phone if any first aid incident occurs that requires more than a Band-Aid.

Can my child call home?

Calling home is discouraged. If a child is homesick, not participating with the group, disrupting the camp, or causing other problems, the Camp Director will call the parent/guardian to discuss options.

Can I pick my child up early or drop my child off late to camp during the week?

This is discouraged. The camp program day is from 8 am to 5 pm. Campers who come in late or leave early miss out on quality group building time and will not get the full benefits of our program. We understand that occasionally campers have appointments they must attend, but we encourage you to keep late drop off and early pick up to a minimum. Please notify the office staff if you plan to arrive late of leave early. The office staff will point you in the right direction to pick up your camper.

Volunteer Work for Summer

This program is for rising 10th graders. The goal is to learn about Camp from a different perspective by serving meals, cleaning dishes, and learning about the diverse jobs around Camp. The program is designed to complement the camper experience and prepare members to join the camp as counselors-in-training the following year. Crew members will also get to enjoy their own activities and will receive CPR training. Successful participants will come away from this program with valuable leadership skills that will serve them well at home, in school, and in their own community.
