DAY CAMP
Camp is for rising K - 9th
Get ready to start the day with energetic energizers. Morning devotion follows which helps us focus on the day ahead. Lots of running around outside with our specialty sports counselor playing field games, canoeing or archery. We love to hike, fish, and explore the outdoors with our nature counselor. There are fun week long art projects with something to bring home on Friday. Daily pool time to cool off and play games. Our rising 7th - 9th grade will go on an off-site field trip each week. We have lots of time to explore, play with friends, and make new friends.
$385 per week for K-6th
$395 per week for 7th—9th
Camp Hours 8:00AM—5:00PM
Daily check-in begins between 7:30 and 7:45am
Campers must be picked up no later than 6:00pm

At time of registration, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required per session per child.

In order to complete your registration the medical form must be completed.

An up-to-date immunization form must be uploaded to the camper registration, or scanned and emailed to jessie@newhopeccc.org, or a copy brought on the first day of camper session. Per camp policy, all campers must be up-to-date on their immunizations.

Registrations are acknowledged on a first-come, first-served basis. Typically we accept up to 15 campers per age group. Modifications to groups may be made on high-demand weeks, but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to the starting date of camp to be eligible for a refund.

If a cancellation notice is received by the NHCCC office 3 weeks prior to camp, a refund will be given in the amount paid minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to their camp will NOT be entitled to a refund.

All fees must be paid in full 2 weeks before camp begins.

No refunds will be given if a camper leaves camp early.

In the event NHCCC has to cancel a camp session, a full refund will be given or the camper may choose to attend another session.
