Day-use buildings can be reserved from 7am–10pm. Times will be reviewed during reservation request.
When renting overnight facilities, check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 12pm.
How do I book a retreat?
Are buildings reserved by day?
Each building has a variety of basic resources. When making your reservation, our staff member will help you determine if there is anything additional you should bring for your event. We will have tables and chairs set up to your specificatyions when you arrive.
We do not offer meal service at this time, but we are happy to recommend local catering options or help you reserve a facility that has a kitchen so you can prepare your own meals.

Does New Hope provide meals?
We do not offer space for camping, and no RV is allowed on the property for accommodation. Tent camping is only available with a building rental. Contact the retreat coordinator for more details.
Yes! Please come visit our site. We offer tours of facilities by appointment only. To schedule a tour, please contact the office at 919-942-4716 or email ronda@newhopeccc.org.

Can I tour the buildings first?
Groups may swim at times specified on their contract. By requesting to use the facility and signing the rental agreement, the group leader releases the camp from all liability associated with swimming & waterfront use. Charges applied for pool use are for those who enter the pool area and will include both facility rental and lifeguard supervision. The group leader must be in the pool area during your group’s pool activities.
Yes. An alcohol waiver must be signed and a $200 refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking. Based on your event you may be required to provide liability insurance. Wine and Champagne may be served, but we do not allow beer or liquor on premises. Drugs are prohibited on site. It is up to the group leaders to enforce this policy. Groups using any prohibited substances without permission will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund of deposits. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on the camp grounds. The primary designated outdoor smoking area is the back driveway behind the Dining Hall.

The deposit and signed contract are due by the date listed on your contract. The final payment is due 7 business days prior to the event.

The outdoor labyrinth is a shared use area. At the time of your reservation please notify the office if your group would like to use the labyrinth. If you would like to use our labyrinth as an individual please contact the office prior to arrival to ensure that it is available.
