Registration is now open for summer camp season 2018.
We are excited about our 2018 summer program.
A time of registration a $75 fee per child per session is required. This fee is part of the total cost. Discounts are applied at that time and sibling discounts are applied after the completion of the registration process. The balance per session is due 2 weeks prior. Payment can be made online by visa or mastercard or a check can be mailed to camp. Please make checks payable to ‘NHCCC’.
Weekly Day Sessions June 11th – August 10th 2018
Session 4 is pro-rated
Session 4A – June 2-3 $110 ($130 rising 7th-9th)
Session 4B – June 5-6 $110 ($130 risng 7th – 9th)
An up to date immunization record is required each year. This must be provided prior to the first date of camp.
Applicants are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We fill up early! Typically, we accept up to 15 campers per age-group per week. Campers can be wait-listed. Modifications to groups may be made on high-demand weeks, but are not guaranteed.
The registration deadline is the Tuesday (6 days) before the camp you would like to attend. If a registration is received after Tuesday, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be processed in time for the start of camp.
Cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to the starting date of camp to be eligible for a refund.
If a cancellation notice is received by the NHCCC office 4 weeks prior to camp, a refund will be given in the amount paid minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
Campers canceling less than 4 weeks prior to their camp will NOT be entitled to a refund.
NO refunds will be given if a camper leaves camp early, regardless of the situation (including illness).
In the event NHCCC has to cancel a camp session, a full refund will be given or the camper may choose to attend another session.
Early Birds – Register by April 17, 2018 and save $5 per session/camper.
Members of NHCCC’s supporting churches – save $5 per session/camper.NHCCC’s supporting churches: Church of Reconciliation, Hawfields Presbyterian Church, Hillsborough Presbyterian Church, New Hope Presbyterian Church, University Presbyterian Church and Westminster Presbyterian Church Sibling Discount – For each session there will be a $5 discount for each additional sibling attending a session. Campers must be in same session to qualify.
We encourage you to seek other options to assist in the cost of camp such as your Church or other family members. If this is not possible please complete the scholarship form which can be found online and submit with your registration form.
Our program runs Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm. We offer ealry drop at 7:30am and late pick up by 6pm at no additional charge.
Summer camp programs are available to rising 1st graders to rising 9th graders
2 snacks and lunch are provided.
Campers should wear sensible shoes to run around camp and comfortable clothes. Each day campers should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, a towel, and a modest bathing suit.
If you ordered a t-shirt(s) they will be available on the Monday of each weekly camp session.
Immunization records must be provided prior to or on the 1st day of your camper(S) weekly session.
Overnight sessions begin at 8am on Monday and end at 5pm on Friday. Overnight camps are on site. Campers may have the opportunity to sleep outside during the week.
2 snack, lunch, and dinner are provided.
Additional items to bring:
sheets for mattress
pillow (only if you want!)
warm socks and a sweatshirt
3 towels (2 for showering, 1 for pool)
