The Registration Procedures

New Hope Camp and Conference Center programs are open to everyone without regard to religion, race, age, sex, or national origin. Applicants are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The registration deadline is the Tuesday before the week of camp you would like to register for. If a registration is received after the Tuesday before the start of the camp week, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be processed in time or that space will be available in the session you would like to register for. We do fill up early!

Registration and fees:  Select the camp you wish to attend, print out and complete the Registration form and Health form (and info sheet for Camp Rangers), and mail to the New Hope CCC registrar with $75.00 non refundable deposit or TOTAL CAMP FEE for each session of camp.  Make checks payable to “New Hope Camp and Conference Center.”  Please indicate camper’s name and camp code on the check. Registration arriving without an enclosed deposit or total camp fee cannot be processed. Payment may be made by check or credit card. A camper’s registration will not be processed without a completed health form.

All fees must be paid IN FULL two weeks before camp begins.  Post-billing is not an option. All forms must be completely filled out and signed. In the event of insufficient registrations, we reserve the right to cancel a specific camp.

Discounts

•  For “Early Bird” registration prior to April 1, 2010, deduct $5 for each week of Camp.

•  Members of New Hope Camp and Conference Center, Inc. supporting churches may deduct $5 for each week of Camp. The name of your church must be listed on the registration form.

•  If eligible for discounts, you must request the discount on your registration form at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds:  If cancellation is received 4 or more weeks prior to the date of that camp, a refund of the fee minus a $75.00 handling fee will be given. Campers cancelling less than 4 weeks prior to their session will NOT be entitled to any refund. Changing camp sessions is, in effect, canceling one session and re-registering for another. There is no refund for this if it is less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the session you were initially registered for. There is no refund if a camper leaves camp early, regardless of day or situation, including illness. If the Camp cancels a session, a full refund will be given if the camper does not choose to attend another session.

Send registration form to:  New Hope CCC Registrar, 4805 Highway 86, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by mail. Our registration deadline is the Tuesday before the start of the camp week you would like to be a part of. If a registration is received after Tuesday for the next week of camp, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be processed in time or that there will be space available in the camp.

Health Insurance: Campers are expected to have their own health insurance coverage. Insurance policy number and phone number must be furnished on the health form. Secondary accident insurance is provided by New Hope Camp and Conference Center, Inc.
